Birth of the Forever King

The first part of the Forever King saga takes place in the Human Territories. The patchwork nation is situated on the continent of Night, between the kingdoms of the elves and dwarves to the north and the Dark Lands, home of the dark races, to the south. The Human territories are ruled by warlords and wrought with violence and injustice. The citizens hope for change but wonder if anyone can deliver it.

Set Agamanu

As a teenager, he was thrown into a life of violence by circumstances beyond his control. Much to his chagrin, he found that he was quite adept at fighting and killing. He strives to use his deadly abilities to make the world around him a better place, while also seeking a way to let go of the violence and live a life of peace.

Through Their Eyes, Set’s Tale is Told

One of Set’s closest comrades, Pascal is also a talented strategist. His advice and tutelage served Set and his followers well across their many adventures and battles.

Darius

Cyrus’ cousin and Set’s second-in-command. He was not always part of Set’s inner circle, but his scholarly knowledge and loyalty earned the warrior’s trust and friendship.

Cyril the Bloodthirsty

He’s lived more than 2000 years. Cyril has heard much talk about Set’s greatness and has been yearning to take down the heralded human warrior.

Lavan

Despite being Cyrus’ brother, Lavan is unliked by all who meet him. His arrogant and elitist ways put him at odds with Set, who he believes to be nothing more than a brute.
